Before you commit, our co-host shares introductions from your future housemates — who they are, what they do, why they're in NYC. You decide if it feels like a fit, then we proceed.
You write a brief introduction too. By the time you arrive, everyone already knows each other.
From inquiry to move-in, by hand.
You inquire. We confirm availability and share the room — including who lives there if it's a shared apartment. You move in with a self-check-in lock; WiFi, utilities, and weekly cleaning are already running. Stay a month, six, or twelve. Most guests stay longer than they planned.
Pre-booking Q&A and a brief intro. We confirm a fit on both sides within 24–48 hours.
Self check-in with a smart lock. Furnished, WiFi, utilities — already on.
Weekly cleaning, on-call ops, neighbours pre-introduced for shared apartments.
Month-to-month. Extension or departure handled the same week you decide.
