Before you commit, our co-host shares introductions from your future housemates — who they are, what they do, why they're in NYC. You decide if it feels like a fit, then we proceed.
You write a brief introduction too. By the time you arrive, everyone already knows each other.
Every guest screened. Every stay covered.
We screen, verify, and insure at our cost. You get a confirmed home with the practical work already done.

Submit dates, neighborhood, and a few details. Most guests hear back within 24 hours.
- Step 2Screen
Identity, background, and credit checks — at our cost. ID, criminal, eviction, and income are verified.
- Step 3Confirm
Stripe checkout for the first month plus a $500 refundable security deposit.
- Step 4Move in
Self check-in with a smart lock. Furnished, WiFi, utilities, and weekly cleaning already running.
